Often times a project becomes special while working through the process, but the significance of renovating a home you spent time at growing up with your best friend is unmatched from the start. Courtney had the pleasure of reconnecting with this home and the amazing people who live there while they went through the journey of making it something of their own.

The house has long been in the family and has changed hands to a new generation who wanted to update the living space to make it more functional and modern. This was accomplished by adding a larger mudroom with an attached laundry and powder room. The entirety of the kitchen was renovated along with adding a stone fireplace to the living room.
